EDWARD C. RAMMRATH:
Ed Rammrath formally began his commercial real estate tenure with Landmark Income Properties, Inc. in 1982. In 1984 he formed Rammrath Realty Ventures, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage and management firm. Since its inception the firm has handled leasing transactions exceeding a total of 2 million square feet. The leases covered all types of office, retail, and industrial properties in and around the greater Houston area. Ed is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Previously, Ed was directly responsible for increasing the occupancy of a 16 story hi-rise office tower from 30% to 70% in less than 8 months. He also took a 60,000 square foot industrial park from 0% to 100% occupancy in less than one year, and then sold the property for its asking price. Ed represented Abby Executive Suites, Inc., Houston’s largest shared office provider from 1984-1998, when they opened 10 of their 14 total Houston locations. Other accomplishments include a 23,000 square foot regional headquarters lease for a nationwide industrial supply firm and an industrial manufacturing build-to-suit of 80,000 square foot on an 8 acre site. As stated previously he began focusing on investment sales, acquisitions and development in the late 90’s and has closed 40 sales totaling $75 million, 18 for their own account.

Ed has also represented many national firms with their real estate needs. Some of them include: Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., Continental Airlines, US Home Corporation, Tenneco, Teledyne and Pinkerton Security. Over the years he has worked for many financial institution clients including: Prudential, First Interstate Bank, Savings of America, and Royal Oaks Bank to name a few.



BRIAN ELLISOR: Brian Ellisor, Vice President for Leasing and Development, joined the firm in 2005 after three successful years with Weaver, Davis & Jacob Realty Group, LLC. Brian’s real estate experience has included project leasing, tenant representation and site selection. His successful project leasing programs have led to consistently high occupancies for Rammrath Realty Ventures’ own retail developments as well as third party shopping center owners. Some of his tenant rep clients include Aaron Rents, Texadelphia, Auto Zone, Fuddruckers, Kolache Factory, Double Dave’s Pizza, CVS Pharmacy, and Café Japon. Brian was chosen by San Antonio based Massage Heights to handle all site selections and new lease negotiations for the roll out of the Houston Area.

Brian graduated from the University of Texas, Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance and Management Information Systems. He earned his Texas Real Estate Sales license in 2002.
